The idea of innovation is the one that has really made me believe in a whole new way of health. The app is pretty self-explanatory, but the health app is useful because it can tell you if you have a low energy level, can let you know when youre getting sick, or can tell you when you are not getting enough sleep, which many people don’t realize until they get sick.
The best part of the app is that it has apps for a huge variety of health-related topics, including sleep quality and sleep deprivation, diabetes, depression, etc. It’s also a great place to set reminders to take a nap or do a workout or get out of the house. If you’re already tracking your sleep, the health app just makes it easier to do so.

While the app is pretty easy to use and has a bunch of helpful tips and features, it can be frustrating at times when you don’t know what the problem is. There are a lot of people that claim to have had their blood pressure drop dramatically after using Innovive Health, so it’s worth checking out.
Innovive is great for that. You don’t have to make a bunch of decisions with your life, but there is a lot of good advice out there. It is not a total mind-fuck.
