Glen Haven Apartments is a new complex that we built for the first time this month.

After a year and a half of looking at the apartment listings for the area, we finally found an apartment that was actually available, but the price was too high for our budget. We had to take the apartments before they were updated and we were out of luck for a while.
Another frustrating thing I had to deal with in our search for apartments in Glenhaven was that the city wanted to make us move in during the night. At least it was a week or so, but it’s not like we had a lot of options to choose from.
To make matters worse, Glenhaven doesn’t have a lot of affordable housing, so the city wants you to move in at all hours of the day. The good news is that you can get in a month before they do a final inspection. We are not the only ones who have had to deal with this. The city even banned its tenants from leaving while the city was taking the apartments in. The bad news is that this is a city that is trying to build an apartment community.
