With a minimum of 2.4 acres, it’s a sprawling 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home with 3,000 square feet of living space. The beach and ocean are only a half-mile away, although it’s not clear if these views are from inside or outside the home.
Contra costa country club is a condo that comes with a private pool, outdoor grill, barbeque, and even a golf course. There is also a 5,000 square foot oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean. The home is set to be completed in late 2014.
This is a great home in a great location, but I’m not sure its the home of those who have stayed here. I’ve stayed at a few of the other Costa Beach condominiums but none are as spectacular or comfortable as Contra Costa Country Club.
Contra Costa Country Club is located on the beach, and while you can watch the waves crashing on the beach, there’s no escape. The condo is a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the beach club. You can also do yoga, swim, and surf at the beach, or just check out the pool and the ocean.
But the main reason that I like this condo so much is that it’s on the beach. As it turns out, it’s a little on the pricey side, but the property manager is very responsive to my requests and I’ve gotten to know the staff a bit. He’s definitely put me at ease, and I’ve also met other condo owners in the area who are friendly and helpful.
I hope Contra Costa Country Club can be the same way. In fact, I would like to build a new house in the area soon. I really want to get back to the beach and pool, but I have some things that have to get done first. This is the perfect place for me to get my work done without the need for a car.
I know that as an introvert, Costa Country Club is probably not the place for you. But if you’re the type of person who prefers the solitude of a country club with no neighbors, Contra Costa Country Club might be worth a try. I know it has not been easy for you to make friends in this part of town, but at least you have the option of doing that at a different time of day than your normal neighbors.
Contra Costa Country Club may be a little more local than Costa Country Club, but its members come from around the whole area, so it’s not as far out for them. Plus, it’s in a different part of town, where you’re more likely to get to know people.
