My name is Laura and I am an Independent Real Estate Expert and Blogger. I am also the owner of Ameritrue property Management and Consulting and am a licensed Realtor. I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years and have worked in a variety of markets including Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Orlando, Orlando, Tampa, and Tampa Bay. I’ll have to say again, I am not a real-estate agent — I am a real-estate consultant. When I’m not working with clients, I am a consultant for realtors in the real estate industry, helping them with marketing, building their listings, and generally growing their businesses. I like to think I’m the best in the business by a long shot.
I’ve been a consultant since 2008 and have done this for 8 years and Im the only real-estate consultant that you will ever see. I also have a real-estate website for real-estate agents and I also do real-estate training for them and their clients.
Im not sure how I ended up working with realtor Mark Hodge at a real estate conference, but I am glad I did. He is a great guy. He is also really, really nice and I think the most fun I have in my real-estate career. I have spent the better part of the last 18 years of my Real Estate career working with real estate agents and their clients. So I know more than anyone how to really get a real estate agent to focus on the things that matter. The other thing I learned was that a real estate agent has a certain amount of influence over her clients. I think that is especially true in the world of agents.
Why do I think that is? It’s just that agents are not really the biggest type of person I am in the world of real estate. I think they’re like, wow, I really like you. I really think that you have a tendency to think you are a real estate agent and not the best agent in the world.
Like most of the other real estate agents in the world, a real estate agent has a certain amount of influence over her clients. In the real world I think that would be the other type of people. Most agents are not the best. Most agents have bad clients (and therefore bad ratings).
In some areas it is the best agents who have the worst clients. A real estate agent who gets bad clients is like a doctor who is the best surgeon. They would be the people who get the fewest people with bad health and so get the most expensive fees. A simple example of this is in the real world.
A realtor who has a bad client is like a politician who is the worst president. The client is the worst, and their bad deeds are the worst in the real world. In Ameritrue, the bad deeds are the agents who have bad clients.
