The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

Because we can control our lives, routines, impulses, and reactions, we can control our feelings and be aware of them. We can learn to regulate ourselves, take a deep breath, and get back to work. This is how we become our best selves. In the end, we become our best selves.

This is what makes us human, and we are not very good at it. It’s a problem because we are not really good at it, and so trying to be good at it is a waste of time because we are not good at it.

We are, in fact, really bad at it. It is a shame that we are so bad at it, because we are very good at it, but we are not at all good at it. Like a person who is very good at playing tennis, but completely inept at the game of hockey, we are so good at it, but we are not really good at it.

Our minds are so good at playing tennis that they can play any sport, but they are terrible at playing hockey. They need time off from sports to recover. We can’t get enough time off from sports to recover.
