I get a headache when I cry just like I get a headache when I eat.
You don’t really get a headache when you eat something. You get a headache because your brain is trying to shut down a part of your body. For example, when you eat an ice cream, you feel the sensation of your teeth and stomach crunching together, but when you cry you feel like your entire body is going to explode.
It sounds like the same thing that happens in your brain. You feel like your brain is shutting down, but then your brain is trying to restart itself. I think for some people, this is a problem. For some people, this happens even when they’re eating or drinking. It happens at the same time of day, at night, right after a heavy night of partying, or even just sitting and watching TV.
I think that this is actually a good thing. When your brain feels like it is shutting down, it means you are having a hard time focusing on anything. It is like the person who can’t concentrate during work, and then realizes they are having a hard day at work and they are unable to concentrate during their day.
If you try to focus on something, it is like trying to focus on the blackness of the ocean. It is a much harder task to do than it seems. It takes more effort, but is actually a much better idea. If you constantly have your brain on the verge of shutting down, it is just like a baby baby, who can only manage to suckle a few times before he stops.
At times, it is like trying to focus on the blackness of the ocean, but then you realize that you are actually on a beach in the middle of a big sea. You are on the beach and are drowning, but you can’t see your fingers or feet because you are in a giant wave that is crashing onto you from all directions.
We all have those moments where we are not sure if we are on the right path. Is it a good idea to do this? Maybe it is, but it is an important choice you have to make. We have to trust our intuition and if we can’t get that right, we can lose it. The more we are in tune with our instincts, the more we can make the right choice.
I don’t know about you, but when I’m feeling the most miserable, I love to cry. I have even cried during important business meetings because I was so angry I was hurting everyone and was unable to think logically about what to do to fix the situation. When I’m in the deepest of times, I like to think I have the most amazing inner strength, but it’s when I’m in the middle of the hardest times that the real power is most evident.
A lot of things about our brains are mysterious. One of the major mysteries of our brains is the “default mode network,” which includes our frontal lobes and our thalamus. Our default mode network is a network of neurons that fire and stay on for most of our waking hours. When we’re tired, stressed, or angry, our default mode network is activated.
We think our default mode network is a “safe” network to go to sleep at night. This is, of course, completely false and the default mode network is actually like a drug to our brain. When our brain is tired because we’ve been working for too long, or we’re stressed, we can go to sleep like it’s a normal part of our night.
