I have to admit I was a little worried about starting a weight loss regime this week, but now I’m feeling a lot better about it. I’ve decided that I have to start getting my sleep more often and actually go to bed earlier, which means I can get a little more exercise in. So I’m going to start walking a little more, and I’m also going to start getting my calories in.

I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely not a fan of working out. It seems like a complete waste of time to me. I know this because when I was growing up I used to work out every day. I would work out then go to the gym and work out again. When you start working out every day, you’re no longer a kid and you’re having more fun.
It’s true, and if you can get your body into a weight-lifting routine, then you will feel better. But the problem is that most people don’t have the time or inclination to do it. So what you’re really doing is spending money. If you’re on a budget, and you’re willing to drop that budget, then you’re going to need to get your body into a regimen.
