Now, pregnancy is a double-edged sword. You can’t really have a smooth, fat-free pregnancy. Women who have just had a baby will gain some extra weight during pregnancy, but the weight gain isn’t necessarily bad. Weight gain during pregnancy can also be good for the mother and baby, so it’s a good thing to have in moderation.

The best way to gain weight during pregnancy is to lose some weight. So, the first thing you should do is to lose some weight. This is very similar to what you should do with food. This is because your fat is going to be concentrating there, your stomach may be bigger, and your thighs might be bigger.
