Why is the more we see the more we learn? In this podcast, we talk about the importance of being honest, being kind, and learning to be more in touch with our emotions, like, really, a lot of it. We also talk about the importance of taking care of ourselves, and being kind about how we treat others.
Part of the reason we hear about so much about physical and emotional health is because there is so much misinformation out there. People are taught to think of “health” as a “healthy” body, which is just a fancy way of saying that if you don’t look like shit and don’t have a health problem, you’re fine. But this is not true. In fact, many people have serious health issues that don’t go away when they stop looking after themselves.
The reality is different. We all know someone who is in a constant fight with pain or another serious health problem. We all know someone who feels sick or has a cold or a flu. We all know someone who has a chronic illness. Often, this person is not seeing a doctor or doing any kind of physical activity. The problem is its incredibly hard to help someone if we dont see them, not because they dont want to, but because they dont want to.
For many of us, these problems go away when we stop looking after ourselves. The issue is that it becomes very easy to forget to look after yourself, because if you dont look after yourself, then you dont look after anyone else. If you do not look after yourself, then the person you care about has no one else to look after because they are gone.
The problem with not looking after yourself is that you cannot be there for yourself. Your body and mind will not be able to work effectively if you are not there for them.
Like with any health issue, the solution is to look after yourself. But just like with any health issue, the solution is to look after others.
You need to look after yourself and look after others. If you are not looking after yourself then the person you care about will not be able to look after them. You are not the same person you were a couple of months ago. You have a new body and mind. The good news is that there is a lot that you can do to make things better for yourself. A great place to start is by getting a regular exercise routine. Start with walking and gradually work your way up to biking.
Exercise is one of those things that helps bring your body and mind back to a place where they are not just physically capable of doing the things you want, but are actually capable of doing them. This is because exercise releases endorphins, which increase your pleasure and enjoyment of life. This is great for anyone who enjoys the sense of accomplishment that comes from performing a task well. Unfortunately, in America we tend to have a lower level of exercise than the average person.
This is why we have so many diseases. It makes sense. We are not exactly a healthiest country. We would all survive being in the same room for a year with no one doing anything to us. Not to mention most of us are on a treadmill anyway. Even if we were getting a decent workout, there’s a chance we’d have a heart attack before we got to all the fat we’d be slobbing in.
Waltham is a small town in Massachusetts, which is known for its high rate of obesity and is the state with the highest rate of diabetes and heart disease. It is one of the few places in this country where there is even a high rate of obesity. So that’s basically the reason these are the two top reasons that our health problems are on the rise in the first place.
