The first thing to realize is that when you look at your pelvis, you are looking at the outside of your body. Your pelvis is the outside of your body, and if you have a twisted pelvis you will find that a lot of things that you may have a hard time fixing are on your pelvis. The second step is to realize that, despite your twisted pelvis, your pelvis is not a bad thing. You are in fact the pelvic floor.

When your pelvis is crooked, you spend a lot of time in the pelvic region because the muscles there are weak. This is the area that connects to the back of your abdomen. It’s the area that is responsible for your digestive system.

The pelvic region is one of the most powerful organs in your body. Its responsible for carrying all the energy you use for digestion and the muscles that move your organs. So when you are sitting on the floor with your legs spread wide, it is the external oblique that pulls your pelvis up and down.
