I’m not sure what either means, but I do know that it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t focus on our goals, but we should focus on what we want, how we want, and how we want.
We can all agree that we need to take care of our physical selves, because it will make us feel good. But we can also agree that taking care of ourselves is a lot easier said than done. And if you take care of yourself, it will take care of you. You can take care of yourself and not worry about other things. You can take care of yourself and also worry about other things.
