I think this phrase sums up what many people like to say about themselves: I’m selfless.

I think this is one of those concepts that is really helpful for people who are in the midst of a time loop, like myself. That’s because you can see how you’re behaving and thinking in a better, more understandable format.
And one more thing: it can also help you figure out what to do when an emergency strikes. As crazy as it sounds, your time-looping will make you more aware of what you need to do. If you forget to do what you need to do, you wont have to worry.
It is a fact that everything we do in life is a pattern over time, because everything we think and do is a pattern in our heads. So it makes sense that if we are constantly doing the same thing, we will be constantly repeating our same pattern. As you get older and more aware of how time loops work, then you can be more mindful of your habits.
The idea is that the more you know about a time loop, the more you can use it to your advantage. If you are constantly thinking of how to get something over and over and over again, then you can use that to your advantage. I also like how the game is structured. At the start of the game, you set up your time loop, then you can do a bunch of different stuff while you sleep.
