These flour dumplings are what I imagine to be the most delicious dumplings you can find. They are made from flour, water, and salt, all of which are made into a dough. My favorite way to make them is to freeze them overnight. I let the frozen dumplings thaw out first (with a tablespoon of water mixed in between them) and then roll the dumplings in flour.
I guess this could be seen as a step down from the normal dumplings, but I really prefer these ones. As a matter of fact, I’m going to be making them again in the next few days. I think they are a little bit different than the standard dumplings in that they are not just made of flour and water, but are made of both water and flour in the dough, which I really like.

This is the same sort of thing as the above, except that instead of trying to cook something new, you might make a meal that looks like something you already know how to cook. But you probably won’t succeed. But you can at least be sure that you wouldn’t do something you know you can’t do.

In Japan, where I live, dumplings are traditionally made from wheat flour. But a lot of people have made them from rice flour, which is more like a high-protein food that is rich in protein and also contains more vitamins and minerals than wheat. And rice is also a good source of fiber, which is more of a problem than a solution for the American diet.
