It’s the same thing with anything in life. Painkillers are a common way to make up for a lack of exercise.
When it comes to pain, most people don’t realize that they have a problem. When we get pain, in the form of a headache, a backache, an ear infection, or a sprained ankle, we tend to assume that this is either something a doctor can fix or we can ignore it and move on with our lives. But painkillers make us suffer in ways doctors cannot.
So if you think that painkillers are a good idea, please don’t try to avoid them. They are a good way to help you avoid the pain of having to exercise, and are a good way to avoid the pain of having to eat. But the best way to avoid the pain of having to exercise is by actually getting out there and sweating.
There are a lot of ways to get around the pain of hurting yourself. But what should you do if you’re hurt and don’t want to be there or do it yourself? You can go to the nearest doctor and get painkillers. Or you can stay home and watch a movie. Or you can buy an expensive sports bra and wear it until you can get away from your hurt.
