There are many different ways to die, but the most common are falling or being run over by a car or airplane, or jumping out of a window. However, the most common way to die is from overeating, drug use, and/or gambling. You should never underestimate the power of self harm, and being in a constant state of death is the worst thing you can do to yourself. You have to fight that fear, but you must do it in a conscious way.

If you’re going to self harm, you must never stop being alive. You have to kill yourself first, and that is the only way to truly get rid of the fear. You’ll likely feel a lot better in the long run if you find a way to kill yourself, but you should always remember that you can always come back.

The power of self harm is something that I think a lot of people aren’t really aware of, and it’s something that many people find themselves doing very often. Some people might think, “I’m not that bad, I haven’t done anything,” but I really don’t know. I’ve done a few things, but it’s not something that I ever regret doing.
