I’ve always had anxiety and I’ve been diagnosed with it.

So what’s a phobia? It’s the fear of something that you know exists, yet you can’t quite put your finger on the exact thing that you fear. People who suffer from phobias tend to have a fear of something that they know exists but cannot really identify, or the fear is so great that it can’t be put into words.
We’ve all had those nights where our thoughts are like, “I can feel it. I know what it is but I’m not sure if I can do something about it.” Sometimes we can do something about it, sometimes we can’t. If you’re nervous about something you don’t know or you can’t put your finger on it, it can make it more difficult to handle.
I think anxiety can be a big part of it too, and it can get to the point where we start to think that we cant handle it. We can stop and think about what we can do about it, or we can just put it in the corner and hope that we can forget about it anytime soon.

It’s a part of life that, if you’re not willing to deal with it, you can’t get rid of it. And there’s nothing wrong with dealing with it. When you are able to do this, you can get through that shit.
Anxiety is a part of life that people usually try to hide. Its a part of our minds that we keep from us, and when we aren’t allowed to deal with it, we have to deal with it. Its a part of our bodies that we ignore for so long because we fear the worst. And theres nothing wrong with dealing with it. When we are able to do this, we can get through that shit.
