The Best Kept Secrets About pregnancy after thyroidectomy

I had the great pleasure of having my thyroidectomy performed by Dr. Brian S. Bouchard on Sept. 25, 2015 at the University of California, Davis. I am very excited to have a doctor who specializes in thyroid disease and other cancers that work with their patients. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to share my experience with my wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff.

I’m glad to know that other people have similar experiences with thyroid surgery. Thyroid cancer is a scary disease to have to deal with, and I hope that I can be a source of information and help to other people who are experiencing this disease.

There are other thyroid cancer options than just surgery, but the most common form is thyroidectomy which is a very invasive procedure that removes the thyroid gland. This is the only option for people with thyroid cancer. Because of this, it is important that people choose a doctor who specializes in thyroid cancer, because that’s where many people who have this disease get the surgery.

Of course, there are other options for people who are not having thyroid surgery. These include radioactive iodine, which is a radioactive substance that is used to get rid of thyroid cancer that has spread. It is not invasive and is usually a fairly painless procedure.

I’ve had a few people ask me about radioactive iodine injections, and to be honest, I don’t really have a good answer for them as to what it is and how it is done. However, I will say that this is not something to be done lightly. It may seem like an easy operation to perform, but the long-term health effects of this are not very good. The radiation itself can cause tumors to form, thyroid damage, and other health problems.

So, there you go. That’s my guide to making good decisions when considering whether to go for thyroidectomy or go for a pregnancy. I hope it was helpful.

Just like anything you do in life, a thyroidectomy is not a risk-free endeavor. There are risks associated with anesthesia, surgery, recovery, and the long-term health problems this surgery can cause. So, I wouldn’t do it if I were you. Just don’t do it.

You may also want to consult with your doctor before you start taking birth control pills. Before surgery, ask your doctor what the risk is to your health. If you’re thinking about having a baby, you should be planning on having it as soon as possible. If you’re considering a thyroidectomy, you should also talk to your doctor.
