I don’t want to be a bad parent or a bad mother. I want to be a good parent. I want to be a good mother.
Nursing and pumping schedule is a pretty common thing that people ask for advice on. One of the first things you should do is to establish what is an acceptable pumping schedule for you and your parents. Then, when you are looking at pumping schedules for your friends and family to set, you can adjust the pumping schedule for them accordingly.
I do not recommend that you pump more than you are used to, but if you are not used to it, it’s okay to pump a little bit more than you normally do. Some people find that it helps them recover faster and helps them retain more fat. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a fat loss diet pill that I didn’t like.
