I didn’t know there were three levels of self-awareness in the first place, but I guess that’s what it is.
The way I see it, self-awareness is a kind of self-knowledge that comes from within. Self-awareness means knowing what we know and knowing what we don’t know, so it’s about self-knowledge. I don’t think it’s so much a matter of being able to stop and think about it, as much as being able to control our thoughts and actions.
Self-awareness can be good or bad. This is what I call the “totality argument”. It is essentially the idea that even if you cannot control your thoughts and actions, you can at least control your behavior. There is a point at which we can control our actions and say, “I want to do this and I will do it.” The problem is, it is often not in our power to do anything about it.
To be able to stop and think about it is a whole lot easier to do when you have a clear idea of what you want to do. We can even do it when we don’t really want to. We can often do a lot of things we don’t want to do as well. The thing is, you cannot always control your behavior, either.
Sure you can. You can stop and think about it, or you can just do it. The point is that we are what we do, and that is not something we can control.
In the real world, we can influence what happens in the world, but in the context of this blog, we are more akin to puppets on a string. We can choose how we want to behave. We can choose to follow our impulses, or we can choose to do nothing about it, and that is what we do.
In other words, our behavior is really just a choice. But it is a choice we have to make, and we can choose to think about it, or we can choose to do nothing. This is another way of saying that we are not in charge of anything. We are simply puppets, and we can only make decisions on our own.
This is what most people don’t realize, and what most people don’t realize is that there is no such thing as “freedom.” If we try to make our choices for ourselves, we will make them much more difficult in the long run. There will always be someone who will try to get us to behave the way they want us to.
I think this is the most important point and really should be the first thing you point out to others. We make choices all the time, but these are not the decisions we should be making. These are decisions that if made the wrong way, can make our lives worse, not better.
We make these decisions all the time, but they are often based on our own needs, desires, desires, and needs. That’s not the way to choose. There are choices we can make based on needs that we can’t make based on wants. If I want to be a doctor, I can’t just walk up to the entrance of every hospital in the world and do stuff to prove my worth. There is a limit to what you can control.
