We are all here for a purpose. Even if you aren’t here for another purpose, you can definitely have a purpose.

If you have a habit of becoming tense or anxious, you have to try to break that habit. You do not want to be the guy who is always on edge, but you also do not want to be the guy who always does that. But if you are the guy who does, then you are the guy who will never be able to relax.
Stress can be a real issue, but it is not always caused by something we are stressed over. A stress-causing event can cause symptoms of stress, but it can also be caused by something that we are stressed about or by a problem that we are experiencing. In a case like this, the stress-causing event is how you feel about your work. A new job might cause you to get stressed and anxious, but you can also be stressed about how well the job is going.
