We actually live in a world of many levels of self-awareness. Some, like how our bodies work, are automatic, while others, like how we interact with others, are consciously aware. And this is where the notion of self-awareness shines through.
The first level of self-awareness is generally called “niveles de oxigeno.” This is the level where we feel normal, but not at all self-conscious. It’s a nice level, since it doesn’t require us to actually get off the couch and do something, it just suggests we’re normal.
The second level of self-awareness is what we generally call niveles normales. This is the level of being aware of yourself and your body. Its basically a more complex version of niveles de oxigeno.
We always assume that this level of self-awareness works because we’re on autopilot. We don’t have the time, or the inclination, or the physical ability to get off the couch. We just have to be aware of ourselves, and our body.
Niveles normales are basically the same thing as the above, but with a couple important differences. The first is that the person who is self-aware (i.e. aware of themselves, their body, and anything else) is able to be more aware of everything and anything that surrounds them in their immediate environment. The second is that they are able to be more aware of themselves.
Although you can be aware of yourself, and your body, you cannot be more aware of your surroundings if you are not aware of yourself. This is why, when I say “niveles normales” I am not referring to our skin. Most of us get a bit of a tan when we go outside. We also get a bit of a tan or “nivele” when we have drinks too quickly.
It’s not a topic that most people are interested in, but it’s one that’s interesting to talk about, as well as being one of my favorites.
niveles are the amount of oxygen we are holding in our bodies. You don’t get a more accurate measurement of oxygen in the air in a room or what we call it, like a breath, but you do get a number. In a nutshell, in order to have a more healthy, or even acceptable, level of oxygen, we have to decrease the levels of oxygen we are taking in.
One of the things that people are really interested in is, what is the average amount of oxygen you breath in a 24hr period? And what is the best way to change it? In what kind of way is there a way to decrease your level of oxygen and restore it to normal? We are going to talk about the oxygen levels of the normals in our life, as well as some possible ways to decrease them.
It’s a lot easier than the normals in some ways, and I think most of the people who are looking at this will probably agree that they have a lower level of oxygen than they used to. I mean if you’re in the middle of a sleepover and you wake up with a low oxygen level, how do you actually reduce the amount of oxygen you get in between sleepover? I mean I’m going to try to do a little bit more with my oxygen level.
