This is especially true for mothers, who are so busy with the demands of the whole family that theyve forgotten how to take care of themselves. The mother you are is actually a lot more complicated than most of us realize. Children are a wonderful thing and we must do everything in our power to keep them safe. But we have to be careful that its not the case that we don’t take care of our children either. The fact that we are neglecting ourselves and allowing children to be neglected is one of the worst things that we can do. For our children and family members, this is not an issue.
