If you’ve never heard of the term “My Choice Pill” or a “My Choice Plan B,” you may be thinking it’s just a prescription of pills. But in reality, it’s a prescription for the human mind to think about the problem you’re facing and plan your path to a solution.
My Choice Pill is a brain-training pill that helps you do just that. It works by making you aware of a problem youre facing, then making you think about what you would do about it. For instance, if you’re having a bad day, you might think, “Hey, what if I just did the whole bad day thing?” Instead of just thinking about it, you plan to do it.
That is a good idea.
The problem with this is that it doesn’t work just for thinking about the problem you’re facing. It also works with “planning” or “self-management” of it. For instance, if you’re having a bad day and you think, Hey, what if I just did the big bad day thing then I can think later about how I’m going to solve this problem.
That makes about as much sense as planning a trip to the dentist. But it does work for planning a problem. If you think about a problem, then you can plan a solution and get it to work. If you don’t plan for a problem, then you’ll never get started on a solution. If you wait for a problem to arise, then you’ll never have the time to plan.
So how do you plan for a bad day? Well, you plan ahead of time and write down the problem youve got. You can then go through the list of your options and brainstorm how you can solve the problem.
I know this is kinda old but this is a great example of how to do it. It doesnt mean you should do it, just that it can help you. You can also use this example as an introduction to the idea of “What’s next?”. This is a great example of how to plan for a certain problem. You start by writing down a plan of action. This helps you define the problem from a problem.
I think one of the reasons people don’t like planning is because they can’t see their problem in a clear and simple way. But I think a lot of people get stuck in this “you got this problem, now what?” mentality, so you need to give them something to think about without getting stuck in the moment. I think that’s a common problem that people have.
I think the best thing to do with someone who’s stuck in the moment is to give them something to think about. I think this is something most people can relate too, we all get stuck in the moment. So this is something to help the person refocus and help them think about what they are doing which leads to a better option.
There is no way to avoid or escape this moment. This is a fact and what we all have to deal with every day. This is how we make the best decisions. This is what we are going to put into our lives. So it’s important to have a plan B. Something that can help you be in the moment and help you not get stuck in the moment.
