And what better way to improve your core strength than to do a strong core workout? With a strong core, you will be able to hold a weight longer, which in turn will increase your endurance. The end result? You will be able to carry your weight longer and more evenly.
Kayo’s core training is a pretty clever idea. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard of people getting injured trying to lift weights, and then the only way to fix it is to get down to their core. When you put a weight in your core, you are doing a form of core training. When you do a core workout, you are doing it with all the weights in the room, and you are working as many muscles as possible without losing too many of them.
Kayo uses a similar idea of core training, but instead of just lifting weights, they use body weight training, which is basically an exercise where you are doing a workout with your body weight. This means you can keep using weight training if you want to, but core training is still going to lead to your core being stronger.
