The best way to build muscle, especially if you have a ton of body fat, is to do exercises to build strength and tone the entire body.

I really hate it when people suggest doing exercises on your own body. They always assume that you are weak and can only do it as a way of getting stronger. But you dont have to be weak to do exercises. The best exercises for building muscle are all the ones you do while sitting on a yoga mat with weights. You dont have to do all the exercises, its just your body that needs to be built up to be stronger.
