Ice is one of the best ways to get rid of excess sweat. I have a friend who does a lot of ice. On a regular basis, she uses ice to help her sweat out and get rid of excess water. I can’t recommend ice enough though, because it’s really easy. It’s also a great way to help with the pain you feel as you continue to suffer from sciatica.

Ice is really great for your sciatica. If you find yourself in pain, ice can help you feel better.
