If you’re just joining us, welcome! I’m Natalie, and I’m going to go over the five things most new moms and new moms-to-be should know.
This is the first of such a comprehensive list. This is by no means the final list. As always, we’ll keep the list up to date.
If you do notice that you have nausea, nausea is a common side effect of hormonal birth control (estrogen and progesterone) and it’s a common side effect of various birth control pills. If you’ve ever had to end a pregnancy due to nausea, you’ll know how much it hurts. I’ve read that a few new moms have been put through the ringer for days as they’ve tried various different birth control pills.
You can decrease nausea by drinking lots of water and eating healthy. I also recommend that you exercise regularly. Getting a little more exercise than you had before can help a lot.
But getting more exercise than youve had before can be a little bit counter-productive, as you can lose your gains. The reason for this is that some people tend to gain weight on birth control pills, even though theyre not really using it. A healthy body weight loss can provide even more benefits as it can cause more of the fat to be burned off, which is good for your digestion as well as your ability to lose weight.
Birth control pills are a good option for a couple reasons. They have the added benefit of making you very aware of food. The other reason is that birth control pills contain hormones that keep you from getting pregnant. This might sound counter-intuitive, but the hormones in birth control pills are designed to keep you from being pregnant or getting pregnant.
Of course, some women may find the hormones to be a turn-off. Others may find it perfectly acceptable. Still, it’s best that you do your research and keep this in mind.
Although birth control pills can make you aware of food, they are still just a pill, so they aren’t something you can take in pill form. Therefore, you must always take them with a meal, and only after you finish your meal.
However, one thing that may be a concern is that the hormones in birth control pills are addictive. Once you’ve taken one pill, you cannot go back to taking another without having to make up your mind to start again. So if you take a birth control pill and then become pregnant once again, you won’t be able to start your cycle again without taking that pill.
