This is a really simple way to create a little burp. Simply put a toothpick in your mouth and spit it out. In order to do this, you usually need a toothpick that is a little bit bigger than your normal toothpick. The most common ones are made out of string and are sold in a variety of colors. I like to use a toothpick that is made out of vegetable fibers to make it more fun.

You can start by taking a little bit off of your front teeth and putting it in the garbage. For the full effect you will need to do this once a day for a week or two. Then you can go through the process of making a good, full-fledged burp out of your own mouth.

You can try to use your mouth as a makeshift burp (this is what I did) or you can go full-on with the tooth-crushing and burp method (I did this).

The tooth-crushing method works best when you’re trying to stop your burping during the day but you will need to be careful not to bite your tongue and cause damage. I’m going to be using a tiny electric toothbrush to get all the burp out of my mouth. The brush is a little small and it’s not very efficient, so I’m going to try to use it this morning.

When you burp, you’re essentially making your stomach full of methane. It’s a gas that you release when you drink, blow, or fart, and it’s also a waste gas that can cause a lot of problems in the human body. Methane can build up in your digestive tract and wreak havoc to your health. Not to mention, its extremely difficult to get rid of a little methane in your system.

The good thing about using the brush is that you can only burp for ten to twenty seconds. You have about an hour to kill some time before the methane builds up to a dangerous level.
