I love the idea of a reclast, but the thing about it is, it doesn’t have to be a permanent solution. It’s just a question of whether or not you want to try it. What works for me is that if I am having a hard time with a task, I will just re-cast it.
The idea of re-casting is great, but the real benefit of the technique is that it allows you to completely break out of a pattern of behavior or routine and start over. Like I mentioned a few posts back, I have an exercise that I like to do with my hair the second week of the month.
I guess I would have to say that if you have been having a hard time with your routine, it’s probably worth trying it out. If not, you’re probably going to have to break it up and do it every single day for a while, but it will make it much easier over time.
I don’t know how you would tell if you were going to take up this technique, and I’m not sure the benefits would be as great as you might hope. I don’t have a ton of experience with it, either.
Ok, we’re going to pretend you don’t know what I just said.
The first question is not, “how does reclast work?” but rather, “Does it work?” After all, if you are trying to fix a bad habit that is having an effect on your day to day existence, then it would make sense that it would work. One of the biggest advantages of this technique is the fact that you can change the way you see things, so its all good.
So how does reclast work? Well, it’s basically like a sleep cycle for the brain. Your brain uses a sleep cycle to get things done while you sleep, but if you have a bad habit that you can’t get rid of, you can use this technique to get rid of it.
The problem is trying to put something like this into practice can be like trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube. A Rubik’s Cube is something that can only be solved with the help of a huge amount of people. Trying to fix a bad habit with the help of a dozen strangers is like trying to solve one with a dozen Rubik’s Cubes.
With the current craze for the DIY brain power, the solution is pretty easy. When you have a bad habit and you can’t really kick it out without a lot of help, then try to re-create the bad habit without the help of the brain. That way you can eventually kick your bad habit out using the brain’s natural powers.
As I mentioned before, there are a number of places that let you re-create bad habits as a way to avoid that bad habit, but there are also a couple more places that you can take a chance and try this one out.
