Every morning before I get out of bed I make a list of the things I want to accomplish before breakfast or dinner. This is usually a list of things that I want to accomplish that day. I usually write it down on a sticky note and carry it with me so I always have it handy.
Sometimes I forget about this list. This is because I’m typically too excited or excited I have to work that day. And I don’t want to be late for work because I want my day to be perfect. The list is really just a way to remind me that I’m not at work and to remind myself that I have to be at work.
I do a lot of hand care. Even more than other times of the year. I don’t have to do it for the same reason. It allows me to let my hands fall to the ground so I can concentrate and focus on what needs to be done.
