There’s no denying that belly fat can be a serious issue for many people. In fact, there are studies that show belly fat increases your risk of heart attacks and diabetes. But there are also studies that show that the kind of belly fat we have isn’t bad for us, and that it can actually improve our lives.
In a review of studies on belly fat, there was one that came up with a very interesting theory. It’s called the “Endo Effect.” The scientists theorize that belly fat has some sort of an endocrine or hormone-like substance that is released in the fat cells of those who have it. It would explain why people gain weight, but not why they gain belly fat.
Another theory suggests that belly fat actually increases our metabolism rate, which makes it easier for us to lose weight. And that was one of the reasons why I was interested in this new scientific study.
The Endo Effect is actually a fairly new theory. A few years ago it was first identified as the “super-colonization” phenomenon. Now it’s become widely accepted that belly fat actually increases our metabolism rate which makes it easier to lose weight. A recent study showed that the presence of belly fat actually makes us eat more. In one of the study participants lost weight when they ate more fats, but their belly fat actually made it harder to lose weight.
You’d think that a study such as this would have some sort of scientific basis, but as it turns out, the conclusions of an experiment aren’t actually considered evidence. Instead, what scientific studies do often tend to be an interpretation of the results. In this case, the results of the Endo Effect Study seem to show that belly fat actually makes it harder to lose weight. In the case of the study participants, belly fat actually made it harder for them to lose weight.
I’ve read a few articles on the subject (which we will discuss in later blogs). I can’t say I’ve actually been able to duplicate the exact results of the Endo Effect Study (although I’ve certainly gained weight and I’ve lost weight at a slower rate than the study participants), but we are still working hard to find out what the Endo Effect really means.
This is exactly what the Endo Effect study is designed to find out. For the very first time in history, we are able to take a group of people who have a very high proportion of belly fat and compare them to a group of people who have a very low proportion of belly fat. For the first time ever, we can actually make a direct measurement of the effect of this condition on body composition and determine what the Endo Effect really means.
And that measurement is… not good. I mean, you’re talking about someone who’s a size 5.5, right? The Endo Effect is meant to be a measure of the amount of belly fat. We’re not talking about what the size of a person’s butt is. Instead, it’s a measure of the amount of belly fat relative to the person’s overall body shape.
The Endo Effect is a very new term in the literature. It was created by Dr. Steven Hill, a plastic surgeon, and a few other doctors in the early 2000s, to measure the amount of fat within the body. The Endo Effect takes the amount of fat inside a person and multiplies it by a number called the Endo Index, which is basically a ratio.
