I think that youd be best to pee every half hour, since it will be less stressful for your bladder. But I think you should continue peeing for at least a few days, since the initial “drain” can be quite long.

I personally feel that peeing every three hours is a good idea, but I don’t think it’s a bad idea to pee every half hour. It doesn’t mean that you should be doing it every hour, but the point is that it takes less time to fill up your bladder when you’re peeing every half hour instead of every hour.
