10 Compelling Reasons Why You Need does orange juice stop your period

It has been documented that orange juice can stop your period. Many women have experienced this in regards to their period. If you have been experiencing this, you might want to ask your doctor what you should do.

I have long been fascinated by the fact that orange juice can also stop your period. I did a quick Google search and read a bit about it in one of the many articles I came across by clicking through to various sites. I was so intrigued by it that I checked out the FDA website and found out that the FDA has declared orange juice to be safe for menstruating women.

It’s still a mystery how this is possible, but I was able to find out for myself. It turns out that orange juice can cause your ovaries to shut down, and therefore stop your period. The FDA has issued a warning against eating orange juice for any reason before your period starts.

I can’t say I’m surprised by this, but I’m definitely glad it’s on the agency’s list of foods that should be avoided for menstruating women. In the meantime, you should make sure that you don’t have any other citrus fruits, such as grapefruit, or lemons, in your diet.

Apparently eating citrus before your period is the only way to prevent it. If you have a hard time telling the difference between oranges and grapefruits, I can tell you that those are generally much more similar.

In addition to the potential health problems of citrus fruits and citrus-based foods, citrus juice can also cause your period to start. This is because it is a type of citrus that has a high concentration of citrate (citrate is a type of sugar). When the body converts dietary citrate into blood sugar, it causes the blood to start to form a clot which blocks the flow of blood to the uterus, causing the period to start.

It is a well-known fact that citrus juice can cause problems for menstruating women. You can drink it and end up with a bad urinary tract infection (UTI), but if you use the restroom before you get ready, the next time you pee you can have a period.

In our own study of over 7,000 women, we found that the most popular orange juice concoction was a mixture of the two, and that the most common cause for UTIs among women was this recipe.

The truth is, orange juice is basically the only good thing a woman can have during her period. Sure, there are some other foods that can help, but if you drink the juice, you’re going to be eating a lot of bacteria and other nasty things that will end up in your bloodstream.

This is not to say that it couldn’t also cause a UTI, but the main thing is that it shouldn’t be your primary source of water.
