I think it is important to make sure you’re practicing the right kind of yoga. What kind you practice and how often you practice is important.
I recently read a post by danny harris alo that really helped me understand the concept of “good yogic alignment”. He talks about the difference between “stretchy yoga” and “stretching yoga”. He says stretchy yoga is more about stretching the body, and stretching the mind. He calls stretching yoga “stretchy, but not too stretchy”.
Stretchy yoga is more about stretching the body. But it’s not stretching the body. It is using the body to its fullest extent. Stretchy yoga is about stretching the mind. And as far as the body goes, you need to do yoga, but you don’t need to do yoga every day. Yoga should be like a workout. You need to do it to some extent.
The world is a very large place. But in the end, you need to make a living, so you can try to keep your own.
