In order to fry chicken with flour, you need to find the right mix for your frying pan. Usually a good mix for frying is whole wheat flour, but if you can find it in the flour aisle, that will work great too.

If you can find whole wheat flour in the flour aisle, it will work great. But you’ll also want to use a pan that’s the proper size for the recipe. The more fat and oil in the pan, the faster the food will cook, but you won’t be able to make as much of a mess with the chicken stuck to the pan.
