No, its not. It’s just the opposite. You’re probably the only one who’s ever noticed that that 20 percent of us have carpal tunnel. It’s one of the most common and frustrating symptoms of repetitive work.

I don’t know about you, but if I’m in a car, I have a pretty good idea what that 20 percent is. Carpal tunnel is when the tendon in your wrist or hand (the ulnar nerve) is pinched between the bones of your hand. This is typically caused by using a finger to do repetitive work with a lot of pressure and/or a lot of rapid stretching.

Well, not everyone notices it, but I think a lot of the people I talk to about this have been through it and are still dealing with it. It’s a little annoying, but not unbearable, so you probably don’t need to worry about sleeping with it. If your wrists or forearms are swollen up, the problem is often pinched nerve.

I know, right? But I’ve been there, so I know what it feels like. And if you’re not going to sleep with the pain, then what’s the point? I can’t stress enough how important it is to sleep on your elbows. And even the people who say you’re not going to be a morning person should definitely wear elbow pads.

It’s almost like you have an ulnar nerve that happens to be in the palm of your hand. The ulnar nerve goes from the forearm to the wrist. Most people suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome are the ones with the ulnar nerve.

But the ulnar nerve is not the only nerve that can cause you to have carpal tunnel syndrome. It is thought to be a direct connection between your carpal tunnel and your ulnar nerve. The ulnar nerve usually goes from the wrist to the elbow, but also can go to your thumb and then to your fingers. So in the past, when people would have carpal tunnel, they would have a lot of pain in their hands.

In the case of carpal tunnel, it is commonly thought that it is caused by the pressure on the ulnar nerve, which is why the doctors in the video say, “I’m going to get you some compression.” Now, I know it’s a pain in the ass to get compression on the ulnar nerve, but I have to admit, I’m a sucker for compression.
