If you have ever been a heavy period, you will be a little galled at the notion that your period is anemic. I can understand that.
Heavy periods are the period of the worst menstruation you could possibly imagine. They result from heavy periods of stress, exhaustion, and depression. If you have ever had one, then you are familiar with the pain it causes. I know I was just as galled when my period came last week and I found out my period wasn’t the only thing with anemic numbers. I still feel like a monster, even though I know it was nothing to be afraid of.
Heavy periods are very common, especially among women. You might think they’re a big deal, but you would be wrong. They’re one of the best ways to deal with periods, because the pain of heavy periods is almost always temporary. Once you’ve overcome the first few days of pain, you can get back to your regular cycle.
Its pretty common for a woman to have anemic periods, but most people are over it within a few days. It can be caused by anything from stress to hormonal changes to a certain kind of toxin. Most anemia comes from stress or hormonal changes. The most common cause of anemia is an infection (either viral or bacterial). Infections are generally caused by a virus, but certain toxins can also lead to it.
Viral and bacterial infections are much more common than you might think. I know that I have been infected by a number of viruses. I was just given antibiotics (for a simple bug) a few months ago. This has eliminated the problem, but if your period is so bad that you can’t get pregnant, you might want to be tested for that.
The problem is that people who are anemic may not even realize they are anemic. They may just think they are just tired, which is why the most common way to think of anemia is a lack of energy.
The anemic woman is often seen as a victim; she is sick because she is weak, so it is better to wait until the problem is serious enough and more than the symptoms to really think about a blood test. If you think you are anemic, but you dont have any symptoms, it may be a good idea to just get tested.
The anemia in anemia is different from the anemia in a weak period. In the anemia of a weak period the symptoms are usually fatigue, weakness, poor appetite, and a lack of energy. In the anemia of anemic a patient may not even know they are anemic.
Anemia is more of an indication that you are at risk of illness and death. And so it is a common sign of anemic, but it is not the only thing that indicate it.
My main concern with anemia is that it can cause death. I’ve seen a number of friends and family members go into anemic for long periods of time, and most of them are dying. Anemia is more of a sign that you are at risk of dying than a sign of “being at risk.
