That is just some of the things that you can do to take care of yourself if you arent proactive in your actions. For example, you can use your money to buy a fresh new outfit each time you go out, or you can spend a day in bed with your parents. Some people take care of their health by eating only organic food, while others buy expensive supplements to improve their health.
