I’ve noticed that a lot of people with sciatica pain have an excess amount of essential oils in their body. Oil can be an effective treatment for sciatica pain, but it can also make the pain worse. I’m a little wary of essential oils because I’m not an expert in treating sciatica pain, but I do know that essential oils are a wonderful treatment.
The problem is when you have too many essential oils in your body. Because your body can’t metabolize essential oils effectively, they can actually be a cause of sciatica pain.
