For example, for a person trying to stay healthy it might be that they exercise, because it might make them feel better, but it is hard to argue that this would make them healthier.
For another example, for a person trying to get more sleep it might be that they go to bed early, because it might make them feel rested, but it is hard to argue that this would make them able to sleep longer.

Because how much sleep we get, how much exercise we do, and how much nutrition we eat does not matter. We can get super fit and super healthy, but these things will not make us healthier.
