I’m talking about the people who believe that yoga is a cure for back pain. There are two main types of this. One is the traditional yoga teacher who believes that using yoga as a cure is simply a myth. The other is the person who has a back injury and is looking to use yoga as a treatment for it.
In both cases, yoga is actually good for back pain. If you train your body so that you can move your back pain, then you’ll be able to have a good life. If you’re a yogi who’s using yoga as a cure, you’re taking a chance. You’re not doing what you should be doing. You’re relying on your body to tell you what it needs from your health.
