We have been using a solar fire to evaporate water and heat the film, but the problem with this is that it doesn’t evaporate the film when it cools down.
It’s because the whole system is based on energy capture from the sun that the evaporation system is a little bit inefficient.
The evaporating film only lasts a few hours because it is only powered by the sun. With the solar fire we can also turn off the power and let the film cool down, but that is a big drawback of the solar fire in that it is not self-sufficient. The solar fire is an interesting new feature that Arkane will hopefully add to Deathloop, but there is a big risk that the power is not self-sufficient for the solar fire and the film can also become a home heating source. We would like to see a self-sufficient system, like the one that uses the sun’s energy to power the film.

It’s a big leap forward for Arkane to have self-sufficient solar systems, which are being used to heat his house and his home.
