This is my first time posting a recipe that I’ve come up with with my own hands. I hope some of my readers will find it useful.
The title says it all. Mangalsutra is a South Indian curry made with chicken that is used for a variety of dishes. It’s a popular dish in South India and it’s one of those dishes that you will often see people making at home. I myself have never cooked it, but I had been craving it for a while. This recipe looks super easy to make and I’ve made it a few times from one of my family members so I figured I would share it with you.
The most difficult part of this curry is making the chicken. The curry is made with chicken that is cooked in a pressure cooker, but I found that my family members dont like the taste of chicken cooked in a pressure cooker. So I use my home-made coconut flour, salt, garlic, and coconut milk to make the chicken. It took me 30 min to make, but it was worth it.
