You’re probably thinking I’m a tad of an oxymoron. You betcha, because you can’t make up your mind on a daily basis. And that’s fine. We can all agree that we can’t make up our minds about life, death, or sex every day. We have to accept that we can’t.
But that doesnt mean its a bad idea to have a little more control over what we put in our bodies. The body is an incredible organ that uses up energy. You really dont want to be wasting that energy on something that doesnt help you.
As a matter of fact, we should all be aware that if we are using up too much energy (or any energy) our body will likely begin to fail. But it doesnt mean all energy should be wasted. Think of how you use up energy for sports, movies, music, or TV. If you are constantly spending your energy on something that doesnt help you, youre probably not wasting any of it. And yes, there is a fine line to keep within to use energy wisely.
If you do waste energy, you should have the mindset that it is not wasted because it is part of life.
In fact, there are many ways to waste energy. For example, many of us are always trying to avoid or minimize certain activities. If you are constantly doing something you dont like, you probably want to do something else, because doing things you dont like can often be worth it.
