If you spend some of your time in the gym, you will be putting some real effort behind your movements which is a big help. You also want to make sure you get enough protein to keep your muscles working and prevent the formation of fat.

There are even some supplements that can help you repair your veins. Just be sure to read the labels carefully and avoid supplements with ingredients that are known to cause problems.
