I know you’ve all been there, right. You’re in bed and you’re just trying to sleep so you don’t have to worry about whether that weird smell is coming from your cat’s litter box. Or your husband’s. Or your dog’s. Or your clothes. The only problem is that your brain is going to think to wake you up, and that’s the first thing you’re going to think.
Yeah. The reason your brain is going to think to wake you up is because there are certain chemicals in your brain that get released during sleep. In fact, you probably wake up with your mouth open in a yawn, which is a good sign that the brain is shutting down. You have to be able to shut down your brain in order to function well at the age of 35.
Now, if you have dogs and/or cats in your house, you might be able to go to sleep with your mouth open, but for real, I don’t recommend that. It’s a bad idea. Dogs and cats are nocturnal creatures, so going to sleep with your mouth open is like putting a gun to your head and pulling the trigger.
There is a good reason why dogs and cats don’t sleep around at night. Although, now that I think about it, they probably have a different sleeping pattern. I’ll leave it at that.
However, if you want to pump your heart out, I suggest some music. I dont know if you’ve been listening to your favorite band, but you know what I mean.
I hear you. I’m a big fan of the Grateful Dead, and I can still feel the tension in the band’s concerts even though I am a total baby. I have listened to them a lot lately, and the last time I was at a concert was in 1994 and I remember thinking that the Dead were somehow more than the usual band. I was wrong. They were just more than the usual band.
I mean, you should pump up your heart, right? And just like the Grateful Dead, you should find the right music to pump it out. But the right music doesn’t necessarily mean the right song. It could be just an awesome instrumental song. So take this time to discover the right song to pump your heart out.
I’ve always been a fan of the Dead and all of their music, so I love the idea that the most important thing about Pump it Up is the Pump It Out song. But I don’t think its the best song to pump your heart out to. If I see a documentary on the Dead that says Pump It Out is their best song, I will immediately not care what the documentary is about and will probably stay home and watch the documentary instead.
Pump it out? Well, that depends on what you consider pumping. I like the idea of pumping out my emotions. The best songs that pump your emotions, however, are ones that are upbeat, and not necessarily about pumping your heart out.
There are some that just pump your emotions for you, but some of the best songs for pumping out your emotions are ones that aren’t just about pumping your heart out. For example, it’s easy to pump out your emotions with a song like “Pump It Out.” But then I’m usually not really in the mood to pump out my emotions. For that, I like “Better” by Rascal Flatts.
