Don’t Make This Silly Mistake With Your middle of the night diarrhea

When I was born, my mom always said that diarrhea was a sign that you were close to death. I do remember that feeling. If you have a medical condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, or some other sort of ailment that causes fluid to be produced in your body, it can cause a drastic rise in the amount of fluids that you need.

This is why you should always make sure to drink plenty of fluid when you have diabetes, or when you have any other kind of illness. A good rule of thumb for any type of ailment is to never drink any fluids before you are actually thirsty. If you forget that you’re thirsty, you’ll likely have a severe case of diarrhea.

I think that this is also true for most illnesses. For example, the average person will have their kidneys, liver, and bladder functioning at a less than optimal level when they are sick. If you over-intake on fluids, it can cause a rapid rise in the amount of fluids you need. This is also why you should always drink plenty of fluids before you are thirsty. If you over-intake fluids, youll likely have a severe case of diarrhea.

I know that all of us can relate to this. Ive had a few times in my life when I over-intake more fluids than I think I need. Sometimes I feel quite nauseous afterwards, but its usually just a result of me over-consuming the fluid. But I wouldnt recommend this for general health reasons. As well, its often very difficult to find the proper amount of fluids for diarrhea.

I think that it is pretty safe to say that diarrhea is an unavoidable consequence of over-consumption of fluids. When you over-intake fluids, you take in more calories than you can possibly burn on a daily basis, and that can lead to weight gain, fat gain, constipation, and even dehydration.

You might be thinking, “well duh, you get to eat all that crap, so I’m not hungry.” Well, yes and no. In the long term, the more you eat, the more you store in your digestive system, which leads to weight gain, obesity, and even diabetes.

But the short term results are that you feel bad, which can lead to depression and other issues. These issues can cause your body to go into “starvation mode” which can lead to irritability, agitation, and even a bad mood. All of these can cause you to pass out. When you are in a bad mood no one wants to be around because they have either seen you in a bad mood or have seen you take a bad turn.

I have to admit that I’ve been having a lot of digestive issues lately. I’ve been experiencing middle of the night diarrhea (aka poop on the floor) and this morning I woke up feeling really bad. I guess I’m just too stressed out to sleep well.

This is very common. People who suffer from diarrhea often experience a lack of appetite, mood swings, irritability, and/or weight loss. If you find yourself having digestive issues in general, it may be worth checking into your doctor, especially if you’re experiencing mood swings, or irritability.

We have to note that digestive issues can be a part of OCD. The condition is characterized by repeated, recurrent, and compulsive acts of self mutilation, such as cutting one’s own tongue, or cutting one’s own body. It is a form of self-injury that can develop into a complex pattern of repetitive and ritualistic behaviors.
