You might be thinking, “how can someone know what theyre doing?” Well, you dont have to know what youre doing in order to do it. You just have to be able to do it. You cant just go in and do what you see the other person doing. You have to be able to do it in the moment and not wait until you feel you have everything figured out.

That’s called being “in-the-moment” and it’s a skill that all of us need to have, but it is still better to know than not to. It’s a very real skill and as we grow older we still need it.
