My wife and I decided to go on a date tonight. I’m not ashamed to admit that I am a little nervous, especially since I haven’t spent much time with women. I’ve done my time with a few and I’ve spent time with a couple of the men I’ve dated.
In our first date, the two of us went to the same place. After my wife walked out, I made a note to go back sometime during my next date, but I didnt.
There’s a lot of potential for awkwardness in our first date. But as I’ve said before, there’s a lot of potential for awkwardness in our second date too. Especially since I know I’m going to get the next one. For the second date, we went to the same place but after I walked out my wife made a note to go back at least a couple of days after the date. Then again, I dont think she’ll remember where we went.
My wife is the most honest person I know. She says a lot of things that she doesnt mean, and I have no reason to doubt her. It’s just that, I dont know if I can trust her. As a man, I want to trust my wife more than I trust anyone else. In all honesty, I trust my wife a lot more than anyone else. I don’t know why that is. I guess it’s because I don’t trust anyone else.
Well I guess that’s not really true, I have a friend who is in the same boat as you and me, and she is very honest. Yet she is also very gullible and has a tendency to believe every ridiculous thing that comes from the mouth of a close friend. What makes me think that is true though, is that I have also had this experience. I have to ask myself, “what is my friend really like”.
We know that you don’t trust anyone, and that is a strong factor in making a good friend and a bad friend. Some people, we feel, are so good at lying and being gullible that we can’t trust them at all. We, ourselves, are the same way. A good friend will tell you the truth, and will back you up if you have a problem.
My friend, Michael, is an awesome guy. He is a great friend and an awesome guy. He has told me he is really great at being a straight shooter.
I hate it when a friend is great at being a straight shooter. I hate it when you see someone you really like go out of their way to lie to you. I hate it when you see someone you have a crush on being the most dishonest person ever. I hate it when you see your best friend really lie to you and you don’t know why. I hate it when you get a phone call or a text from someone you really care about and they say something really shitty.
Well, okay, okay. We’re getting off on a bit of a tangent here. But basically it boils down to taste. Well, at least taste in the sense of style. He doesn’t like anything else. All that can be said is that he likes his friends to be honest. I’m not sure if I want to admit that to my best friend, but it’s true.
The only thing that is really guaranteed from this interview is a long, passionate monologue from Colt. At the end of it, Colt makes a big deal about wanting to go to the gym and start building muscle. At this point, I know I’m being way too harsh but I can’t help myself. He’s just one of those guys that you know will never be on your good side. He’s going to try to be you, but he’s got to try harder.
