I’ve seen it many times. Doctors are human and they can have a bad day. That’s why I like to tell it with my doctor. They are very good at making you feel better, but they aren’t as good at telling you how they feel.
I’m not joking, but that is also the reason why doctors are so bad at it. Because patients can have a really bad day, but their doctor can’t. So he feels bad, lets the doctor know he felt bad, and then tells you its okay and how he feels. I hate this. It’s a basic human trait.
I know it may sound a little crazy, but it happened to me the other day. I was in the lobby of a hotel and I walked out of my room and I was feeling bad. I was thinking to myself, “Why is this happening? Why is this happening to me?” Later in the day I went to my doctor and he told me that I hurt my feelings. He said I hurt my feelings and I should go buy a new suit.
You see, its not about being hurt, its about feeling hurt. A lot of people do feel terrible, but they feel hurt in a different way. It’s a really, really great feeling, but it isn’t what we usually call a “hot” feeling. It’s less intense and more psychological. So, when we feel hurt, we feel hurt in a sense.
Your doctor is right. Your feelings are not about anger, sadness, and so on. Our emotions are about a different, more subtle kind of pain that can be felt in many different ways. If you feel bad about something, you don’t have to feel bad about it anymore. That doesn’t mean you don’t feel bad about something. But you can now say, “I feel bad about this, but I don’t really feel bad about it.
If you feel bad about something, you now feel bad about something else. You feel bad about the fact that you may not feel good about it, and you feel bad about the fact that your feeling bad is not because you did something to hurt others, it is because you did something to yourself.
If you say you feel bad about something, but you dont really feel bad about it, you can say you feel bad about that thing, but that doesnt mean you are the one who is feeling bad about it. You are the one who is feeling bad about it. But for some reason, you dont feel bad about feeling bad about your bad feelings.
The key here is context, context is everything. If you are feeling bad about your bad feelings, but you do NOT realize you are feeling bad about it, you are the one who is feeling bad about it. And you are not the one being bad.
So the first thing you need to realize is that you are NOT the one being bad. You are just the one being bad. The second thing you need to realize is that you are all the bad you see.
Your doctor may have told you that you suffer from feelings of “dysfunctional anger” but you didn’t realize that you are an angry person. People with dysfunctional anger are often “dysfunctional” in other ways as well. They are often “dysfunctional” in that they don’t feel good about themselves when they feel bad about themselves.
